About us

Bespoke Horizons is a vibrant day community centre for individuals with Autism, learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. In collaboration with Inclusive Care Options & Bespoke Care Support, we provide tailored activities, personalised support and welcoming community connections.

Our mission is simple: help people flourish—building skills, confidence and quality of life through meaningful, structured days in an inclusive, engaging space.

Our Services

Structured activities designed for adults with autism and Down syndrome to enhance their skills.

Activity Planning

We create personalized activity plans that cater to individual interests and developmental needs.

We encourage active lifestyles and healthy habits with gentle movement, outdoor time, nutrition and hydration prompts, wellbeing check-ins and signposting where needed.
